How to delete this W32.Blaster.C.Worm?

I have no idea why my personal computer is behaving in abrupt manner. My personal computer restarts any time while I am working on my personal computer. When scanned my personal computer with the help of online virus scanner. It gave me a message that W32.Blaster.C.Worm is found. I want to delete this W32.Blaster.C.Worm form my computer system.
