How to remove Adware.Vundo/Variant-2x virus ?

Hi,

My pc ic infected with the virus called Adware.Vundo/Variant-2x. My system file svchost.exe is infected with the virus. what should I do to remove Adware.Vundo/Variant-2x virus ? I know that deleting the sysmtem file make the operating system unstable. So how should I remove it safely ????

Adware.Vundo/Variant-2x worm often schedule themselves to be executed automatically when you start your operating system, some of them even register themselves to be executed when another application is started. The cleaning of such a worm is not as simple as deleting it - when you just delete the worm file, your operating system may not be able to start your applications (such as Explorer).
