Get rid of TSPY_ZBOT.ILA

I need some methods to get rid of TSPY_ZBOT.ILA. This infection has entered into my system and the NOD32 antivirus, that I have installed in my system is of no use. It had alerted me about the infection, but when I try to delete the infection, the antivirus simply freezes, that is it turns "not responding". Does anyone has any idea why this is happening.
