Get rid of TSPY_ZBOT.ILA

I need some methods to get rid of TSPY_ZBOT.ILA. This infection has entered into my system and the NOD32 antivirus, that I have installed in my system is of no use. It had alerted me about the infection, but when I try to delete the infection, the antivirus simply freezes, that is it turns "not responding". Does anyone has any idea why this is happening. Please provide me suitable solutions to this problem immediately.

TSPY_ZBOT.ILA manipulates the registry settings

TSPY_ZBOT.ILA manipulates the registry settings and this may be the reason why the antivirus hangs when you try to get rid of TSPY_ZBOT.ILA. The infection must have changed the settings of the antivirus. I advice you to uninstall the antivirus and then, restart the system. After that, reinstall the antivirus and update the database of the antivirus. Now, scan the system and then, try to delete the infection. If this method does not help, then you will have to format the system.

Kill the process of bot.exe

I suggest you to kill the process of bot.exe. TSPY_ZBOT.ILA installs in the system with the name bot.exe. So, search for this file by using CTRL+F. type this name and when the you get the search results, go to the actual location, where the file is actually present and then, simply delete the file. After that run a full system scan with a well updated antivirus and remove the infections, if any are detected. This must get rid of TSPY_ZBOT.ILA.

Use an anti-spyware

It is recommended to use an anti-spyware like Spyware Doctor against trojans as normal antivirus are not able to detect them. TSPY_ZBOT.ILA is a trojan and hence it will be difficult to find them, since they seem as normal programs from outside, but internally are working with a very dangerous purpose. Anti-spywares stay in the background of the system and check for such programs, that run such malicious activities in the system. they simply delete them from the system.

Enable a system restore

Enable a system restore to get rid of TSPY_ZBOT.ILA. You will have to go into the safe mode first when you start the system and then, enable the system restore. Do the system restore to a time that you are sure, that the infections had not entered into the system. This is a very good method, that is used by many people to remove the infections that are not easy to remove. This must hopefully solve your problem.
