Hello, I think your antivirus application is not updated and that is why it is not cleaning your infected files. So, just update it and then again scan your computer to solve your problem of infection. It is necessary to only clean those files. If you delete one of them then you will not able to work properly on your Windows as there may be some of functions would not work.

    • Anti-spyware built-in
    • Web Shield
    • Anti-rootkit built-in
    • Automatic updates
    • Strong self-protection
    • Virus Chest
    • Antivirus kernel
    • System integration
    • Support for 64-bit Windows
    • P2P and IM Shields
