I told you something about the database size, SQL Server 2005 is free to store anything without using any limitation, and SQL Server 2005 database has maximum storage capacity near 4GB. If you want to find the ceiling of SQL Server 2005 then you have to import your older data to make room for newer knowledge. SQL Server 2005 comes with the low cost and the high speed. On the business level it is the low maintenance requirements of an entry-level database like Microsoft Access, and the capabilities of a robust, server-based database.

Re: Where SQL Server 2005 work best?

I told you something about the SQL Server 2005 new feature; in SQL Server 2005 you can administer multiple remote SQL Server 2005 Express sites from one location via the SQL Server Management Studio Express and I think this is most striking feature of SQL Server 2005. Another use feature is this is a single, high end edition of the SQL Server, using SQL Server 2005 we can distribute the data among the numerous SQL Server 2005 user. Using SQL Server 2005 spread the processing load in multiple machines and it will help to decreasing the data processing time.
