Hi, I am having an Dell studio laptop, it is installed windows 7 genuine operating system. 1 month ago I am browsing an internet at that time automatically Trojan.Bankpatch virus were installed in my laptop. And now it is disturbing my operating system any redirecting to unwanted website, taken all control my computer like sends virus attached email and made my computer tremendously slow takes long time to start up and shut down. Can any one tell me that how solve this problem?

Remove Trojan.Bankpatch by using NOD32 anti virus like NOD32 anti virus software. So please down load the NOD32 with its official web site. Do the following instruction.

• First download NOD32 anti virus.
• Now Save NOD32 anti virus on your hard drive of your system.
• Then double click on the saved file of NOD32 anti virus.
• Then during installation it displays for custom or default option.
• Then click on the default option.
• Then follow the prompt of the displayed by the NOD32 anti virus.
• After complete installation restart your system.
• Now start scan your system with NOD32 anti virus to detect virus.

Scan your system with that NOD32 anti virus software. Just you have to boot your system in safe mode. Follow this steps to enter in safe mode.

• Press stand by button of your computer.

Hi every body, I am also suffering from the same issue and also I have the same virus. I did all the remedies what ever you said on your reply. So I had download and install an NOD32 anti virus software on my computer and scan my computer. And also scan my system with NOD32 in safe mode. And I have seen there is still some virus are remaining in my system. Can you tell me the other way to remove the entire virus.

Remove Trojan.Bankpatch manually by deleting virus infected file.

1. Search virus infected file and folders with searching tool.
2. Now select all the virus infected file and folder .
3. Then delete all the selected file by press Shift+Delete button on the key board.
4. Then press OK for the delete confirmation.
5. After deleting all files then Restart your computer.
6. Now search again virus infected file in your system.

• Click on the start button on the desktop.
• Then select All programs from the menu.
• Then click on the Accessories
• Then go to System tools.
• Then system tools select system restore.
• Then select appropriate date from system restore window.
