    Your port 4662 is not reachable. You have a LOWID

    Hi,

    I have a simple ADSL modem with firewall only for Windows XP SP2. For some servers I get error message: "Your port 4662 is not reachable. You have a LOWID." For some servers I get this msg all the time and some servers do not contact me (high ID) after several times of reconnection, some servers are connected with me, but LowID. My question is what is the problem and how can I fix it?

    ERROR: Your port 4662 is not reachable. You have a LowID. Torrent has detected that something is blocking your port 4662. . This can be caused by a firewall or a misconfigured router. Read the FAQ or search the forum on how to configure your firewall / router.

    Run IP config in a cmd.exe. If your IP is 192.168.xx 10.xxx or 172.16-32.xx your computer is behind a NAT router or connection to other system of distribution. You need to find the machine NAT port forwarding and configure it. Unable to download from other users LowID. You can only download from people who have their client port open for incoming connections.

    It seems that the list contains some fake servers. Follow these steps

    * Go to Options / Server
    * Sets the number of errors allowed before removing the server to 9
    * Click on the Edit button next to the auto update feature
    * In Notepad, that opens, add the following lines at the beginning:

    HTML Code:
     http://emulepawcio.sourceforge.net/ipfilter.zip
    * Save changes in notepad
    * Update list Uncheck the following options Servers
    * Click OK
    * Go to servers window
    * Remove all servers in the normal list and static
    * The Server.met Update from URL, type any URL in point 4,
    * Click the Refresh button
    * Double-click on any server
