    IP configuration in Windows Vista

After upgrading to Windows vista I found to manage a home network quiet difficult. The problem is that when I create a share folder it is not showing up in a different Windows XP computer. My Comp name Van Helsing. The network does not shows up my shared folder. I am just trying to setup a media server between my Windows Vista PC and Windows XP. I need some basic tips on different types networking protocols. The same lies for internet also.

By this you can only get the immediate reply then that of the use of the windows XP and the most older version of it which may be of with the window platform. in the window vista you can get the network connectivity in a streamline.

You can also try the building of the small network to the power computer in which you are using the windows Vista. In the small network the computer act as there is no server involves in it. It can be run in the windows Vista without the help of the serve, but only with the help of the simple network of the peer to peer which will be build in the Windows Vista powered computers.

Network and sharing center in the windows vista. It is a must for the window Vista. Without the element called the network nothing can work. Let it may be the context of the windows Vista. It is only the adapter which is used for the network. If you are not having this part of the hardware then you cannot connect to the network even if you are working on the Vista or not.

You can also have the additional set up to the small network connection, with the exception of the Ad Hoc Networks which will be the central connection point to it. The Ethernet network that can be called as the simple or the basic network. The connectivity which is with the wireless technology is quite better then the Home Phoneline Networking Alliance.
