    PWS-Agent.f Virus Problem

Hello, I am using Windows xp operating system and today I am getting problem of virus which is found as PWS-Agene.f. It is not possible to delete this virus with the help of Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 which is installed on my computer. I want to remove this virus as soon as possible, as while using internet it is opening different web pages by its own. How to remove it? It is possible to detect it, but removal is not possible with this Kaspersky. Can anyone has an idea to remove this PWS-Agent.f with the help of Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 or with the other solution?

I think your Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 needs to update. If your antivirus is updated regularly then only it will delete the viruses from your computer. So, first update your Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 and then scan your computer and delete that particular PWS-Agent.f Virus from your computer. It will solve your problem. And as you told that this virus is opening different web pages on your computer, don't click on this page, only close that page. If you click on this page then other viruses also get installed on your computer and you will get more problem.
