Internet wifi keeps Connecting and disconnecting

Hello

I have installed a Wifi 802.11G , i had internet without problem, but not for long ,when I switch on pc since the Wifi 802.11G keeps connecting and disconnecting and goes completely stop . I can not connect at once on the Internet , if anyone one can help me then would be really great. thank you in advance

Make the updates to your wifi, unplugged the cable and power off the wifi for 10 seconds and reconnect.

Check your router settings on the PC connected by ethernet to your cable box, see LAN/configuration-Fi network. If you're at SFR, open http://192.168.1.1 in Internet Explorer.

It is also possible that the bandwidth is reduced because of the security. Test it by disabling the security (MAC and WEP).

First install latest firmware all around. It could be a power management issue, check if you power supply is stable. If your power supply is not stable them it disconnects more and more frequently until it will not remaine connected any longer, a reboot solves the problem but it begins all over again each time.

Do the following,

• Go to Start -> Network connection, check if your wireless is there or not.
• If not then Go to Start->Run type "services.msc" and run this command.
• Start windows zero configuration, Go to Start -> Network connection
• Right click on Wireless -> Properties -> Wireless Tab-> Check on Use Windows To Configure and press Ok.
• Again Right click on Wireless -> View wireless network ,search on wireless and select connect.

1. First make sure that you have Update the firmware to the latest version available on the manufacturer's site.
2. And also Reset the router to factory defaults and reconfigure.
3. Update the network drivers (wired and wireless) on your computer to the latest available.
4. In Device manager in properties for the nic,Right click on the nic in device manager and look at the power properties, check that the power down is not activated /energy saving.
