How to remove Trojan.Downloader-Gen/CinBroom virus

I am using kaspersky anti virus software always pop up and tells me that system infected by Trojan.Downloader-Gen/CinBroom. The anti virus popup show an option of delete and quarantine, when i select any of these option it show me that Trojan.Downloader-Gen/CinBroom virus cannot be quarantined or cleaned. Do any one have some solution for this problem.

None of the anti virus software can give us 100% assurance of protection.
It is good option to keep two or more anti virus on system because if one anti virus is fails to detect certain virus then other may detect them. This tip may keep your system away from virus.
But do not two or more anti virus simultaneously.

Loading of application in normal is recommended But running of application is in safe mode. You can load operating system in safe mode by continually pressing F8 by when system is booting an operating system. If your system is infected severely then you have to run anti-virus more than one to free from virus.
