How to remove SDBot Virus

My windows is corrupted due to sdbot virus. The virus comes in mail. I had opened recently some junk mails. This mails have contained threats. On opening I received a virus warning. But after that when I scan with a free antivirus it shows a long list of viruses. I had managed to clean all but except sdbot.exe file. This files is not stopping what is it related to.

Sdbot is a virus that spreads via instant messaging software Microsoft MSN Messenger. It comes in the form of a message containing a file party_jpg.zip allegedly sent by a contact connected. If the file contained in this archive is executed, the virus sends itself to all MSN contacts then opens a backdoor allowing the takeover distance from the infected computer via a specific IRC channel. The alias name of the virus is HEUR / Crypted, SDBot.gen9, SDBot.gen9, W32/MSNFunny.D.worm, etc.

The messages contains a link to a file party_jpg.zip. The archive itself contains a file, which has the appearance of an Internet address, but is an executable file. Sdbot then modifies the registry to run automatically every time you start the computer, sends itself to all contacts in MSN telling recipients that the sender is not present (to dissuade them from checking the veracity of this shipment contact with the question) then opens a back door, putting himself awaiting instructions that allow the takeover of the remote computer by a malicious individual.
