Dell Inspiron 545s affected by Dropper/Sys-NV

I have recently bought Dell Inspiron 545 desktop. It was working properly till today morning but I do not know from which web site, a virus has been entered in my system. My anti virus says that your computer has been infected by Dropper/Sys-NV. The following are configurations of my desktop. It has Intel core 2 Duo Processor E7500, I am currently using Microsoft's Windows 7,and 320GB Hard Disk.

I think your computer's configuration is perfectly correct. There may be having some problem with your anti virus. Please check that your anti virus is properly installed with its optimum security options. Make sure that you are using the latest version of your anti virus. Check that you have an internet connectivity at your place and update your anti virus.

You can simply reboot you computer and go to safe mode. May this can help your computer to work properly. To go to the safe mode you just have to restart your computer then press F8 while your computer is getting started. Do not be panic by having large icons as it is normal in safe mode.

As you have bought this computer recently, you must be having some free services given from your dealer. You can ask them to update your anti virus program. You can ask them to reinstall the latest version of anti virus by uninstalling the current one. I am currently using the AVAST anti virus and it is working properly from last 9 months. I would suggest you to download AVAST anti virus then scan your computer.
