How to get rid of CA Parental Controls?

I've read everything related to this issue, but still can't solve it. I get pissed at this garbage every day. I removed CA Antivirus from my control panel, but the parental controls are still alive. I deleted whatever was left of the program folder, and have deleted every registry entry related to CA. After all this, the parental controls still magically exist. What do I have to do to get rid of this without wiping my entire hard drive?

Get the VBS file and the run the script on your system and then restart it. It will completely remove your CA parental control from you system

Install the CA antivirus. Then disable the parental control. After that, uninstall the CA antivirus, search CA files of you disk and Registry and delete them. Good Luck!
