Problem when I login the iscsi hard disk

We use CentOS 5.3. When I login the iSCSI hard disk, it show the below
information. I am confusing about this.
Anyone can give me a help~~~Thanks~~~

I think that the Linux scsi layer was trying to figure out the right cache type. But it got an unexpected answer and so the error "sda: got wrong page" got generated. I think that formatting the Hard Disk may fix the problem.
