To enable security, you need to specify a username and password on your system. The main console refers to the Trend Micro AntiVirus plus AntiSpyware main window, it appears when you open up the program. You can use the main console to check or customize your security settings, download updates, run scans, etc.

Re: Anti Spyware console logon issue

You can open the main console by double-clicking on the Trend Micro icon on your desktop or in your system tray (beside your computer’s clock). This issue only affects CA Anti-Virus for the Enterprise and CA Threat Manager. You can also click the Windows orb or Start button, then select All Programs --> Trend Micro AntiVirus plus AntiSpyware --> Trend Micro AntiVirus plus AntiSpyware.

Re: Anti Spyware console logon issue

CA has issued an update to address the vulnerabilities. The patched files are available as part of the product's automatic content update. According to me you should try to contact CA Technical Support, in order to resolve your above issue. The following components must be enabled in order to receive these updates: eTrust ITM Console Server must be enabled to receive InoWeb.exe updates, and eTrust ITM Common must be enabled to receive InoCore.dll updates.
