Google links redirected on Firefox

I'm running Windows Xp as my operating system. I'm using Firefox as my web browser. Now the problem is that whenever i use Google on Firefox and when i click on any link, then it automatically gets redirected to another page. Can any body tell me that why does Google links gets redirected on Firefox? is there any kind of virus on my pc? Any one has any idea about it? Kindly provide me the correct solution for the above issue. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think you need to download any free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware on your system. After that you need to install it on your pc. Afterwards you need to do a full scan of your machine.

First try to disable all firefox add ons and see if that fixes it. Disable system restore, do your clean boot and command line virus/spyware/trojan scan. If it doesn't then I would next look at the network settings, and see if the DNS servers specifically have been changed or not.

I think you probably need to download and install spyware on your system. After that check for updates, run a full system scan, select all critical objects for removal and see if this has fixed the problem.

According to me you need to download and install CCleaner software on your machine. This is probably malware and very unlikely to have come from Mozilla itself .That will surely help you to resolve your above issue.
