Windows 7 and windows xp home Question

Ok here it go's

Alittle while ago i installed windows 7 on my computer and wife has Windows xp home sp3 on her computer

after i put windows 7 on my computer wife told me her internet is running way slower on now

but everything was fine when we both had windows xp home

is there away to fix it so she can have the old speed back

we both run thought a router linksys

This may be due to Windows 7 is downloading updates, Disable Automatic Updates and manually download the updates when the other computer isn't running... All the best!
