Hi,
My Mac iBook will not connect at all to my mobile phone. No dial tone just reading message comments:
"Could not open communication device"
Have anything to anyone here with similar experience or has found a way to fix this?

You're probably wrong connecting. Do not use Internet to do so. You just go to your Bluetooth menu, locate your phone, then select "Connect to the network ...". Its not a dial-up device, so that will not connect from the network or Internet connection.
If you have not entered into network settings, open Network preferences, select the modem port (internal or external) from the popup menu Show menu, and enter the settings provided by your ISP, as the access phone number , your user name and password.
You can also use the Network Setup Wizard to help you enter the network settings. Click "Wizard" in the Network pane of System Preferences and follow the onscreen instructions.
If you do not use a Bluetooth-compatible mobile phone for Internet access
1. Choose Apple Menu > System Preferences.
2. Choose View > Network.
3. Choose Network Port Configurations from the Show pop-up menu.
4. Deselect "USB Bluetooth Modem Adapter".
5. Click Apply Now.
6. Open Internet Connect (/Applications).
7. Choose Internal Modem from the Configure pop-up menu if it is not already chosen.
