How to remove amvo.exe virus

Hi,

I have windows xp as my operating system, Whenever I start my pc I get the virus popup of amvo.exe. I am not able to stop it. Does anyone know's hows do I delete this virus ????

To prevent the pop up error amvo.exe appearing everytime, try the following things :
1. Go to Start
2. Click on run, type regedit
3. Hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\current version\run
delete the amvo. but before you delete it.. write down the location first..

c:windows\system32\amva delete it using SHIFT+DELETE. Then try to restart your computer...

Download and unzip the RegRun Reanimator. Install by double clicking the installation file on your computer and select the "Next" on all installation menus. Select the "Scan for Viruses" menu option after installation is complete RegRun. Choose troubleshoot "menu option that appears after the virus scan is complete RegRun. Restart your computer and the virus amvo will be deleted.
