Pornographic Icons on the Desktop

Hi,
My friend has visited recently on some nasty websites without my permission. He installed some Pornographic application on the desktop. After a tedious work I removed everything except one issue. When I run internet explorer a pop up comes up. On giving OK some Pornographic icons appear on the desktop. Even after removing them out again they come back. How to get rid of this.

It is due some application still running in the background which is restoring the icons in the desktop. You system is infected with a malware virus. Do this, press ctrl + alt + del. Go to process tab and see the list services. Like explorer.exe. Search on Google about each service. The process detail will show that which application in the background is causing this issue. Once found you can remove it.

Restart your computer in safe mode. You can do the same by pressing F8 at the time of booting up. Then run a full system scan. You can also run a system restore process in order to get old settings back. Other wise you will have to run a repair process by using Windows Disc. You can do the same by booting your system from Windows disc. Then choosing the last option of leave the current system intact in place of formatting.

Download the below tool. It is a Spyware Terminator. You system has still some malicious application which is causing the issue. Due to which within some time you will keep receiving unwanted pop ups and site redirection. Before getting more infected download the tool and run. It will clear any spyware program which in your system. Also check your Add Remove list from control panel and uninstall any application you found unfamiliar.
