Can't view Linksys router web page

I Can't view Linksys router web page. My Linksys router was working OK but recently, I haven't been able to access home page at http://192.168.1.1. Does anyone know what causes this issue and how to fix it?Any help will be extremely appreciated.

You do not need an Internet connection. The router's "web pages" are built into the router. Try resetting the router to factory defaults, and if you still cannot access the homepage of the router and get into it to change settings and you have made sure all the wires to the router and pc are connected properly.

If you're having wireless connection check to make sure you're on YOUR network. Try doing a ipconfig on the cmd window and then see the gateway, maybe its configured like to another range like 192.168.x.x to 192.168.x.x or any other...

    1) reset router
    2) Try the command ipconfig/release or ipconfig/renew
    3) ping to default router/gateway
