How to remove TrojanDownloader.Java virus

Hi,
Currently I have Trojan-Downloader.Java.OpenConnection.d virus on my PC. This is detected in the log file of Hijakthis. I searched on net for the removal solutions but does not found any. I am currently using AVG. I scanned the system by AVG but it does not detect any. What are the instructions to remove it. Thanks.

It is a spyware. If your system is affected that it is recommended that you should perform a full system scan under safe mode. The file is designed to launch automatically and download other threats also. This virus belongs to Java Class. Launch search process for fgc32.exe and fgc64.exe file and delete them at once.

The virus creates two files in your computer which are executable. The files is listed as %username%\fgc32.exe & %username%\fgc64.exe. Update your antivirus and run a full system scan. You can download and install Process Explorer and stop the services in the background. Then delete the files. Run a antispyware tool for better result.

Download and install F Secure antivirus. It is the best antivirus tool for this. You can download a free version of the same and run a full system scan. After that restart your system and press F8 at booting. In the menu choose load last good known configuration. Again run a scan. In this way if the virus has modified the registry file of windows then that will be restored.
