192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255 is private ip address range, IP address 192.168.2.1 makes use of routers to relay information to and from the Internet to the network node.
Private IP addresses are :
10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255
172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255
192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255
Private IP addresses make your computer invisible to certain types of network attacks; however, you will not be able to easily establish your computer as a server. A subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 when assigning static IP addresses to computers on a small Local Area Networks (LANs).
You can change your ip address to 192.168..X.X because it belongs t different ip address range. If you want use that ip address then you need to change you internal router ip also.
