How to remove WORM_ASPXOR.AB

Hello friends,

After coming from my business tour today when i started my computer for listening music, i got any pop message as your computer is being infected by virus, when i try to scan my computer through antivirus i found out that my computer is having WORM_ASPXOR.AB, when try to delete it from computer i got deleted but after sometime i comes back again. Can anyone tell me how remove WORM_ASPXOR.AB permanently from my computer.

WORM_ASPXOR.AB is a worm which gets downloaded from remote sites by other malware and at the same time it may drop by other malware, specifically TROJ_DROPPER.JIZ. At the same time its automatic execution at every system startup and it also creates the following registry keys/entries:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\
Services\usbctl
DisplayName = "Microsoft USB Bus Controller"
ErrorControl = "1"
ImagePath = "%System%\usbctl.exe"
ObjectName = "LocalSystem"
Start = "2"
Type = "10"

My computer also got effected with WORM_ASPXOR.AB in such kind of case i would suggest you to delete following files

%Windows%\blg_x32.txt
%Windows%\dbg_x32.txt
%Windows%\ilf_x32.log
%Windows%\nod_x32.txt
%Windows%\plf_x32.log
%Windows%\pst_x32.log
%Windows%\sff_x32.txt
%Windows%\sfg_x32.log
%Windows%\tdb_x32.log

Once this files are begin deleted form your computer, now click on start and then goto run option, type regedit and press enter, here registry window would get open over here try to find out following registry key and delete them

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft
• Sft

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services
• usbctl

After that reboot your computer for changes to get effected.
