| Synchronize Exchange and iPhone
I have a computer running about 15 servers with Windows SBS 2003 installed on it. On all my servers I have no problem with Pushmail on iPhones or mobile 6. But I have a client that overnight, no longer able to receive mail on his iPhone. I do not see "Reception" and also I can not send/receive. I've searched a lot of forums about this and nothing to was found. Little additional info, when I go to some secure site and I enter my login and password, I get the error message saying "A system error has occurred during your request. Try again. If the problem persists, contact your administrator. " Please help me regarding Exchange and iPhone synchronization? |

To resolve this problem make sure that forms-based authentication is disabled for the Exchange virtual directory. Then restart Internet Information Services (IIS) as follows: 1. Open Exchange Manager. 2. Expand Administrative Groups, expand the first administrative group, and then expand Servers. 3. Expand the server container for the Exchange Server 2003 server that you will be configuring, expand Protocols, and then expand HTTP. 4. Under the HTTP container, right-click the Exchange Virtual Server container, and then click Properties. 5. Click the Settings tab, clear the Enable Forms Based Authentication check box, and then click OK. 6. Close Exchange Manager. 7. Click Start, click Run, type IISRESET/NOFORCE, and then press ENTER to restart Internet Information Services (IIS). And finally create a secondary virtual directory for Exchange server. |
