i am looking for protection against Downadup, Conficker and Kido. few days ago i had infected with Conficker and Kido but i prefer to format my computer but now i want Downadup, Conficker and Kido Remover that can help me in future ...

there is tool form Norton is available called W32.Downadup Removal Tool .this tool is use to remove W32.Downadup, W32.Downadup.B, W32.Downadup.C . The tool displays results similar to the following:

* Total number of the scanned files
* Number of deleted files
* Number of repaired files
* Number of terminated viral processes
* Number of fixed registry entries

You can try tool from f-secure .f-secure is good i had this Downadup virus which i solve .The worm disables a number of system features, in order to facilitate its activities. It disables the following Windows services:

• Windows Automatic Update Service (wuauserv)
• Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)
• Windows Security Center Service (wscsvc)
• Windows Defender Service (WinDefend)
• Windows Error Reporting Service (ERSvc)
• Windows Error Reporting Service (WerSvc)

Downadup (or Conficker) is a network worm that takes advantage of vulnerabilities in Windows to spread. Its removal is complicated by the fact that it blocks many known antivirus software and associated websites.

BitDefender Labs has detected a new and more aggressive Downadup version. It spreads using a Windows RPC Server Service vulnerability and is called Win32.Worm.Downadup.Gen.Download tools from here
