my computer is infected with Mal/EncPk-IF virus which my computer not able to removed with current antivirus i have installed spybot but it is not detecting or cleaning any thing so can any one tell me the way to remove it ?

Mal/EncPk-IF is spyware and have Malicious Behavior. Run computer in safe mode and scan with good updated latest antivirus. else try bootable antivirus disk .

trojan.win32.ertfor is also known as trojan: win32/ertfor.b, generic FakeAlert.d! Gen, mal / EncPk-if. Trojan.Agent.Ertfor Trojans is a display of false alarms and lead to install security applications corrupt silently without user permission. so it is better to remove it as soon as possible.

try to scan on another computer as your system file must be corrupted and there is less chance to install antivirus correctly so better to scan other computer with good updated antivirus by connecting your hard disk as secondary .
