hi ,

I am having strange issue with my windows so i check for virus in hijackthis so i found this problem with w7services.exe.my antivirus not able to delete it

files infected

c:\windows\w7services.exe
c:\7.exe


Can any one help me to clean this virus

W7services.exe is Cloaked Malware also Creates a new Background Service on the machine so remove w7services.exe from your computer as soon as possible. Use anti malwarebytes and scan your pc ..

I think its not easy to remove once you get infected with w7services.exe as it is Trojan virus wmau.exe. i had this virus and i prefer to format my PC. but you can format then try to scan online with bitdefender else get a good updated antivirus.

• Disable System restore > right click on My computer > Properties > go to System restore and check Turn off System restore
• now restart the computer in safe mode
• Use good antivirus like norton or avast and perform a full scan
• remember to update antivirus and then scan
