Free UPnP Media Server

I am looking for a free media server that must be running on Mac OSX or windows is that exist easily ? if so which is the good option ? please reply thank you

Use MediaTomb. MediaTomb is a UPnP server as open source GNU GPL license. It allows sharing of audio and video resources on your internal network, being managed by web interface. MediaTomb is implemented by the UPnP MediaServer v1.0 specifications and is available for x86, AMD64 Ubuntu.
