    Windows 2008 x64 crash dump

    Hello,

I am using a Dell 2950 Power Edge system. Have a windows 2008 SP2 installation hosting Exchange 2007 on .That irregularly crashes about once or twice a week without relevant event log entries.I have since updated the systems Broadcom NIC drivers to the latest release from Dell. This is my analysis of the crash dump which I am curiously hoping that somebody may have some insight into and provide some advice.

    Thanks, in advance.

Does this issue occur for a specific application which would indicate that you require an update for that program, or does it happen for any program? Exactly what does it say on the BSOD? Post back quoting the exact information displayed use a digital camera to grab the image if required as this information will help us to pin-point your problem.

I want to know that does your crashes end with a BSOD?.What exactly do you mean with "manually initiated from the keyboard" while after that you say that the system is frozen? How would you handle to 'initiate" something from a frozen system?.You should have a minidump in Windows\MiniDump. The name of the dump file is the report ID, so you could search at the time the file was written to see the right one, or search the eventlog for the error message.
