How do you remove or delete msn virus?

I have download msn messenger. I know that MSN virus is a new virus which spreads via MSN Messenger. But before using it, I want an software to detects the viruses which circulate through MSN Messenger. Does anyone know, how do you remove or delete msn virus ????
