There are many thing you can do here are the following

• You need Malwarebytes Anti-Malware this will remove all PC Antispyware 2010 infection.
• Try to update and run installed Anti-virus software
• Run Windows Defender
• Process Explorer to see currently running programs and kill suspicious processes
• Run a RootkitRevealer program
