Can ip address be on a rotation

I want to change ip-address every couple of minutes. Some sites banned gust after surfing some time on sites. Is any one know how to rotate ip address ? Is there any software or script exist for this ?

At many installations and uninstallation utilities affecting the network layer or due to poor handling on the system, sometimes the TCP / IP is no longer supported by the system.

We will see how to reinstall the TCP / IP using it but also how to reinstall all TCP / IP v4 Windows.

• Click "Start", "Run ..." then type "regedit" and finally click "OK" to access the editor registry.
  
• Getting to the key:
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services
  
• Identify key Winsock and Winsock2 and delete, then close the registry editor.
  
• Click "Start", "Run ..." then type "cmd", and finally click "OK" to access the shell.
  
• Enter the command: netsh interface ip reset fichier_log_ip.txt

Here "fichier_log_ip.txt" will correspond to the trace (the newspaper, or log in English) of events, the creation of this file is required for the proper conduct of the command.

• Once the order is completed we can go to the folder:
  Documents And Settings \ User
  if you want to view the log file created during the execution of the order by User.
  
• Going in the "Network Connections" (available from "Control Panel"), then make a right click on the "Local Area Connection "And select" Properties ", then click the button [Install].
  
• A new window opens, select "Protocol" then click the [Add] button, then click on the [Have Disk ... ]. Then enter "C: \ WINDOWS \ inf" as the path. You can now select "Internet Protocol (TCP / IP)" that will appear in the list.
  
• It will however restart your computer after all these changes to apply the changes.

To do this if you have to switch restart connection constantly or reboot the router then you will gets a new IPs. IP spoofing may not work as it can be built with this technique, no complete connections.
