Unable to connect to internet after using ComboFix

My antivirus (NOD32) detected the virus Autorun.inf, and erased more than what was appearing. i previously had a similar problem that was solved running the combofix, so I turned to run. However this time, after running, i can not connect to the internet, and what is worse, the virus still appears. i tried to "reconnect" but does not work, please help me!

To restore the Internet connection just download and run this tool: WinSockFix 1.2. Click WinSockFix 1.2, wait a few minutes, restart when prompted and then do a scan with Malwarebytes. With MalwareBytes and Web Doctor sure to remove / heal all found / selected and they are full analysis.

Look on the C if you have a report combofix.txt and if so, copy / paste the entire following. Trying to make a Hijackthis log like this: Download HijackThisV2 created a new folder on C: \ named HJT it.

1. Double click on HJTInstall.exe and follow the installation instructions.
   
   • Vista: right click / run as Administrator

I read that to run the combofix this had to be done without the Internet, so disable the internet from the network icon found on the side of the clock, so far so good then finish running the program, uninstall and time to activate the Internet icon which is no longer available, also went to network properties and found none! Reinstall windows xp and now the pc does not show me my network adapter as if it had no network card! I went to device manager and just shows me no network adapter! Now I'm without internet and I was wondering if there was any solution to this problem.
