How to uninstall Defender 2009

My computer recently got infected with some Defender 2009. It come to my computer while downloading a video from internet. I have search a lot of methods on the internet to remove this but always was unsuccessful. I even tried to uninstall it from Add/Remove programs but nothing fixed. Can you tell me how can I uninstall Defender 2009 from my computer?
