Hi,

hp wireless assistant installation error code 2753

While trying to install HP wireless assistant I keep on getting error code 2753.

Please help me in this installation. Can someone know what to do with this error code 2753?

I have XP SP3. The wireless assistant was previously installed with not satisfactory functions, it could not disable bluetooth or wireless, only via hardware switch. So I uninstalled Wireless Assistant , Rebooted system. Tried to installed Wireless & got Error 2753. They are always problems on all our notebooks HP (NC6000, 6910p, 2510p) with Wireless Assistant.

Okay, this is a likely a permission conflict, the view is not accepted in full permissions you need to place them up manually. Try uninstalling software via add-remove programs in Microsoft control panel, then reinstall the software using simple directory as c: \ sprint or something similar.
