Server Rebooting Unexpectedly

I am running Dell PowerEdge 2900 server with SBS 2003 as well as an additional Dell server with windows standard 2003. Every Wednesday for the past month, both servers have been rebooting at exactly 9:18 AM. However, the SBS power's back up while the other server running win 2003 standard remains off. I know I need to replace the UPS because it has a red light on the battery status monitor but the UPS is not hooked up to any of the servers for monitoring (I ordered a new UPS this morning). Some of the troubleshooting I have conducted thus far is by making sure automatic updates have been turned off of both servers. I also made sure there were no scheduled events that would cause a system reboot. Even though the bad UPS is not hooked up to either server via USB, could this be a reason both servers reboot every Wednesday at the same exact time?

You need to make sure that this server has a local DNS server like 192.168.1.1 and not an external one like 4.2.2.2. It cab be a DNS issue. May be your server is trying to find external DNS from domain controller. It pretends that it is disconected and try to connect to local network with domain controller.
