Comcast's RCA modem internet light blinking

I am having problem with my Comcast RCA modem. Even though everything seems to be alright, I can still see internet lights blinking on my modem. I have checked this with Comcast and they have assured me that everything is OK. Can you explain me why I am getting Comcast RCA modem's internet light blinking?

It seems to be signal problem. Can you provide us the information about what signals your modem is on? Also if you can open the modem then try to see the event log to see if you something is mentioned in the logs. Are you also having a phone from this device? It could be the problem of the device detecting foreign voltage.

This could also be the power supply problem. Many a times we face a lot of connection or connectivity issues. Most of them occurs due to power supply failure or it must be dieing. You can even try unplugging your modem for 10 minutes to reset the modem.
