Have you received manual with router ? Read the manual carefully. Is on the CD or the Internet. Just Check this : Set up wireless router or access point this will help you.

In fact, 192.168.1.1 is an IPv4 network address. You will notice that every network router from another manufacturer, the local network or even a computer uses this address. However, it is advisable that only one device in the network is configured to use this address to avoid any conflict in the network.

If you are using LAN cable and you are an IP can relate.
Start - Run - type cmd - in the window then type ipconfig / all input.
    Default Gateway = Router Address
Guide to the router you should be on the producer side. In the manual, if necessary, the default password for the router interface. If the password has been changed and it also did not help just reset. Then all the settings but gone.

Control Panel -> Network - and Internet ---> Network Connections -> click on your connection -> properties -> internet protocol (TCP / IP), and since then has either a specific ip, and if not refer you automatically, ie Your router has no fixed ip.

All the routers have a web interface. So open your browser and type in the address line's IP address of your router. For example http://192.168.1.1 Often you will find the address on the back or in the manual. Then you need a username and password, you can find also in the manual. Then you come into the menu of the router, somewhere where the button to reboot to find it.
