I can't connect to SMTP server from hotel network, all the computer are connected through linksys router. All the computer can get on the net and everything works normally.

Can you click on "more settings" and show the settings for the "outgoing server" and "advanced" and also check the box that says Use authentication under the outgoing mail server, then click Use incoming mail server login information.

If you can't connect to smtp server from hotel network then contact your ISP for help. The e-mail client does not cause this behavior. From a messaging client standpoint, there are no solutions for customers whose ISPs block all SMTP Relay traffic. This error is occur if You are logged on to a Local Area Network (LAN) that has an Internet gateway and you try to send messages through an ISP's SMTP gateway or you are logged on to an ISP and you try to send messages through another ISP's SMTP gateway.

If you are using firewall, try deleting the TB permissions, reboot, and let it ask you again. Since you were using something other than your regular isp, it may be looking for that site or Use web mail. If your ISP has a web interface, than can be a quick way to be able dash off that important email with no further thought.
