Dial up accelerator in vista

I am using dial up connection.on my computer. I recently installed Vista Home Basic on my computer. Now my dial up connection runs around 5 kb/s. I installed a dial up accelerator from my internet provider.
But not working properly is anyone know Dial up accelerator for vista ?

I do not know exactly how the dial-up networking under W2K looks for vista but other than TCP / IP software compression and all other options such as' Log On To Network, etc. as well as the remaining logs are voted out. To speed up the dial is not negligible, particularly the network logon slows greatly.
