Infected with Windows Police Pro

Some how My computer is infected with Windows Police Pro it popping message every time when i log inside i found that it is malware and now more problem is my computer hangs. so please help me and tell how to remove this malware?

Example of lines added by the infection and visible from HijackThis:
O2 - BHO: ICQSys (IE plugin) - (76DC0B63-1533-8BE8-4ba9-D59EB676FA02) - C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ dddesot.dll
O23 - Service: AntipyProex (AntipPro2009_100) - Unknown owner - C: \ WINDOWS \ svchasts.exe

Install malwarebytes and Try to rename malwarebytes exp to another executable file type before running it.

• Open My Computer
• Click on the Tools menu at the top right and then Folder Options
• In the new window, click the View tab at the top
• Uncheck Hide extensions for files
• If you receive a warning window, ignore it.
• Click OK on each window.
• Download Process Explorer
• On the File Process Explorer, right click and rename
• Amend. Exe. Com
• Double-click Process Explorer with the. Com, it should start without error.
• In the list, search svchasts.exe (not svchost) Windows Pro Police should appear just above.
• Right click on it and then Kill Process Tree
• To continue svchasts.exe should no longer appear in the list.
• Do not restart the computer if you can redo that part.

• Download and install HijackThis
• Close all open applications
• Run a scan via the Do a system scan only
• Check the cable (the names may differ depending on the variant):
  O2 - BHO: ICQSys (IE plugin) - (76DC0B63-1533-8BE8-4ba9-D59EB676FA02) - C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ dddesot.dll
• Click below on fix checked
• Click on the Start menu and run
• Type: sc delete AntipPro2009_100
• Click OK, a black window opens and closes.
• Download and scan your computer with Malwarebyte's
• Do a scan with your antivirus.
