Signal problem with fios router

Hey people,
I have a fios router with verizon connection. I keep getting signal interruption. I cannot get the signal in my house from 1 end to another. Its not that big distance. So what can i do to get better signal with this router?

Turn off the router and turn it on after some time. Then it will search the wireless devices in your home which will improve the quality of wireless signal. Electronic devices such as cordless phone and microwaves are the most common cause of intermittent Internet connectivity issues. You may need to replace your cordless phone with one that runs at a different frequency.

Low signal can be caused by large metal objects and electrical equipment such as televisions, home entertainment electronics, and microwaves. Move your wireless home networking router to another location so it isn't in the line-of-sight of these potential interference factors.
