Your wireless access point must configure with WEP encryption. If you go into your router's control panel on line, you will be able to see the computers that are accessing your router. You should also be able to block their IP address. WEP encryption prevent others from accessing your network.
First access the router settings you should find something that says wireless / wireless encrytion / wep and set a ASCii password instead of a Hex. Refer to your owners manual on encrypting your wireless signal or simply deny the use of other computer by mac address.
Access points and routers all use a network name called the SSID. Don’t broadcast your SSID (Service Set Identifier). All Wi-Fi equipment supports some form of encryption. By default, most routers & access points send a short message repeating the network's name. You need to login to your router and setup the security option. Follow the directions from the manufacture to secure your router.
