You will need to format your computer. Else download replacer and replace the files from Windows XP CD-ROM...
Download Replacer from here.
Ya better to replace files with new one but you need to remove that virus so keep updating antivirus use spybot or antimalwarebyte try here Prevention against spyware and viruses
The Kernel32.dll file handles memory management, input/output operations, and interrupts. When you start Windows, Kernel32.dll is loaded into a protected memory space so that other programs do not take over that memory space.

kernel32.dll, winsock.dll, wsock32.dll are part of Windows. But if they are infected.... Best you try a System Restore to some old date and do a scan again to see if they are still infected , Start Menu/ Acccesories/ System Tools /System Restore will bring back old configuration and executables from a date that you choose. Data stays intact as they are.
