How to Block Limewire Ports

Hi

I have Limewire installed in my system. I want to block the ports that Limewire uses to connect the web on my network. But I am unaware of how to go about doing it.
Can anybody please suggest me how can I block Limewire ports ?

First you will need to access the setup menu of your router. Once you have accessed the setup menu,
Click on the Filters button >> then click on Advanced tab at the top.

In the Port Blocks,
Enter the Port Range >> select Disabled radio button >> under Schedule, check Always.

By Default, Limewire uses port 6346. Well, I used to implement a program called "IP-Tools" and used the "Connections" tab. By doing this, it will show you IP/pcname/Mac, and all the information regarding where it is been connected

LimeWire uses port 6346 by default. But you can change it to what works best for you.

The default port that LimeWire uses is Port 6346. You can check this port number by navigating -- Tools >>> Options >>> Advanced >>> firewall config. Check the port number in "Listen on port".
