If you are in a organization, it is very important to configure settings on individual Exchange servers. Individual server settings that you can configure include :-
- enabling message tracking,
- configuring language support for clients,
- scheduling Mailbox Management processes,
- troubleshooting specific issues with diagnostic logging,
- using public folder referrals and Directory Access options,
- other settings that are important to managing your Exchange server.

There is good news for Exchange administrators.
Microsoft now offers a utility called the Anti-Spam Migration Tool. This tool migrates spam-filtering settings from an Exchange Server 2003 installation to an Exchange Server 2007 deployment. The advantage of implementing this tool is you won't lose all your customized antispam configuration.
Follow this --
- download and install the tool on your Exchange 2003 system from here
- navigate to the folder where the installation files have been placed. By default it will be @ C:\Program Files\Exchange2007AntiSpamMigration\Exchange2007AntiSpamMigration.exe
- run the tool which outputs a Power Shell script "MigratedSettings.ps1" by default
- run the Power Shell script produced in step 1 on your Exchange 2007 Edge/Hub Transport roles
That's it, you are done
The Exchange2007AntiSpamMigration.exe tool reads all the anti-spam related settings from Active Directory, converts them to equivalent Exchange 2007 tasks and writes them to a Power Shell script.
