Downlaod Srvinfo.exe for windows NT

I want to download a file called srvinfo.exe. Form can I download it. What does the file includes. Which services an application. I am running windows server 2003 and not able to locate the file. It is not worth in installing the entire program back again. I also need an entire list of the system and services which will be included in the file. Thanks in advance.
