Gmail outgoing server problem

I am using HTC Touch pro with Airtel service. After login in a gmail account from the mobile indicated no problems with receiving and sending. Bust yesterday when i login on my mobile and try to send mail that time i get an error message that I should check the settings.

Can anyone know what is the problem ?

Make sure your outgoing mail server uses the following settings:

'Outgoing mail server "->" smtp.gmail.com "
'Outgoing server requires confirmation "-> checked
'The same name and same password for sending e-mail "-> checked

Enable POP in Gmail. Don't forget to click Save Changes when you're done.
Configure your client to match the settings below:

Incoming Mail (POP3) Server - requires SSL:
pop.gmail.com
Use SSL: Yes
Port: 995

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server - requires TLS:

smtp.gmail.com (use authentication)
Use Authentication: Yes
Use STARTTLS: Yes (some clients call this SSL)
Port: 465 or 587

Account Name: your full email address (including @gmail.com or @your_domain.com)

Email Address: your email address (username@gmail.com or username@your_domain.com)

Password: your Gmail password

Outgoing Mail Server - Use the SMTP mail server address provided by your local ISP or smtp.gmail.com (SSL enabled, port 465)

GMail service offer email client access for sending emails through your Gmail account. GMail uses POP3 over an SSL connection for security reason. So your email client supports encrypted SSL connections.
